The Kamut family cultivates 46 hectares, including 35 apple trees tall that produce specific fruits for the production of cider. It never treatments on their own apple trees and never uses chemical fertilizers. His whole Calvados is produced exclusively from their collection.
In Normandy there are more than eight hundred varieties of apples. Camut it uses about twenty-five, the best in the region, selected for their high quality, thanks to the experience of generations and generations.
