Produced in Venezuela by Industrias Pampero, this white Rum is certainly one of the most known and consumed in the world, produced from the far 1938 and always with the same recipe. Distilled from a good sugarcane, it ages at least 6 months in oak barrels, to be then filtered with charcoal, which gives it a bright and luminous appearance. The warm climate of Venezuela allows him to develop intensity and softness, and precisely for these characteristics is considered one of the best distillates for mixing, in an indissoluble marriage with Mojito. Crystalline and transparent, it expresses the nose sweet sensations of cotton candy and cotton, along with spicy notes of vanilla and white pepper, with light hints of sandalwood and smoked puffs. The taste impact is dry and decisive, rightly alcoholic but not aggressive, soft in the gustatory progression that advances fast, towards a dry, clean and long finish on the references of Barley candy.
