The wine purchased on shipped in Italy-Europe-Switzerland-Honk Kong by Express courier. Orders are shipped within 24 hours ( excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays in general) by the acceptance of your order that is received in real time to the customer via e-mail. During holidays (Christmas, New Year, Easter, August summer holidays) , deliveries may be delayed and times indicated above are only indicative . Moreover, in such periods, trought banner on the web site , will be announced the day in which we will perform the last expeditions . Delivery times vary according to the place of destination; roughly ranging from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 3 working days for domestic shipments and a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 5 working days for the international shipmenst . The shipping charges are variable according to the weight of the package. At compile time, the electronic order system automatically calculates the costs.

All our shipments in Italy, Europe, Switzerland and Hong Kong are insured for the value of the shipment. For all our shipments, unless expressly requested, packagings are approved by our express courier. Shipping insurance will not be valid if the client asks us to ship the goods in a not approved pack, like original boxes. In this specific case the insurance refound value will be the legal one, up to 1€ /Kg.

Your package will be delivered within a maximum of 3 working days in addition to acceptance , on the whole national territory ( Monday to Friday) and in maximum 5 working days in Europe, Switzerland and Hong-Kong. The Courier will deliver the ordered products to the address indicated at compile time of the recording/ordering.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday except for holidays that fall on weekdays. In particular , orders received after 10:00 am each Friday will be processed from the following Monday , except in exceptional cases . To avoid inconvenience , please provide an address where there is always someone who can recive the goods .

In the event that the parcel, at the time of delivery, should show evidence of tampering or obvious leakage and / or presumed , please refer to the conditions for damaged goods indicated below.

If at the time of delivery, the box shows evidence of tampering or obvious leakage and / or presumed, please accept the goods by writing the following wording on the bill of the courier " accepted subject to verification of the contents " . For each shipment are two attempts to free delivery . If in both cases the recipient is absent , it will open a practice of stock at a cost of € 15,00 . After two days of storage the box is considered abandoned . The demurrage cost is 5,00 € per day and new delivery is 7,00 €.

If the wine is corked we replace it, just send the bottle back to us with its original cork, full at least ¾. The bottle can be returned to within 14 days of delivery. In case of damaged shipment (insured shipment):

If you receive a parcels from visibly damaged by the courier, (broken packets or visibly spotted by leaking liquid from any broken bottles) you can do the following:

If it is more than one box, repel the damaged package by sending it to the sender, signing the "With Reserve" carrier and accept the other hops. Delivery will be indicated as a partial delivery. We will be responsible for returning the damaged package and return it, if secured.

If instead it's a one-shot expedition, you reject the shipment to the sender and as before we would have to return and reset the shipment, if secured.

If the broken product is exhausted, you will be contacted for any replacement if you do not find any replacement products in our catalog, will return the sums you paid. Any shipping charges for returning to the sender of the damaged and returned package are fully covered by

In case of damaged shipping (unsolicited shipment):

If you receive parcels from visibly damaged by the courier, (broken packets or visibly spotted by leaking liquid from any broken bottles) you can do the following: Sign the courier paper "With content verification reserve" to accept the merchandise. Send us photos of the parcel to the outside of the parcel and content delivery, within 12 hours from the delivery. We will open a breaking practice with the courier. Delivery will be indicated as damaged. We will be responsible for providing the required lawful repayment.



Purchases on are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and Legislative Decree 21/2014, which guarantees you the right to withdraw, for any reason, from your purchase contract.

Terms of withdrawal:

The purchased goods must be returned in substantially intact. The right of withdrawal is reserved only to natural persons, thus excluding purchases made by resellers or by persons who, in any way, purchase for resale to third parties. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Upon arrival in the warehouse, the merchandise will be examined to evaluate any damage or tampering (the substantial integrity of the returned item is essential for the exercise of the right of withdrawal). Therefore, we recommend paying close attention to preparing the parcel, for example using Original packaging. In order to exercise this right you must send us a notice to this effect within 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods and send us the goods within a further 30 days.


Procedure to follow

Send an e-mail to containing the statement that you want to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating all the required information:

• order number and date order

• invoice number

• Which products must be returned (identifying them with the article number)

• your bank details (IBAN code) if you have paid by bank transfer, otherwise we will use for the refund, the same payment method chosen for the purchase.
