May I request an invoice?
Absolutely yes, just fill in the fields related to your Company Name and VAT number.
What are the delivery times?
In Italy from 24 to 72 hours, depending on the destination; in Europe are between 3 and 5 working days.
Can I pay cash?
Unfortunately no, we do not foresee the possibility of paying to the courier. You can pay with all cards Debit, Credit, Prepaid, you can pay using your PayPal account, and also by bank transfer. The circuit we use for Credit Cards is safe and is managed directly by X-Pay CartaSi.
If the bottle is corked can I replace it?

All our shipments are insured! What you have to do is to REFUSE the shipment indicating PARCEL DAMAGED. We will resend the order again.

How the Tax Refound works?
We prepare all the necessary papers for the Custom and ask for VAT refound. Just let us know in the order notes and send us your passport data, that are going to be attached at the invoice.
