The rosé Champagne of Chartogne-Taillet is a great rosé of assemblage, born from the glass of the historical cuvée of the Maison and of red wine from the first quality grapes of the parcel of Orizeux in the village of Merfy, cultivated for centuries by the family Taillet without herbicides, pesticides or agricultural machinery, but only with organic fertilizers, horses and a lot of peasant wisdom. The Rosé Champagne of Chartogne-Taillet is produced following criteria that seek the authenticity and indulge the natural processes by intervening as little as possible: the fermentation is activated in steel containers by indigenous yeasts and they are not carried out Filtrations. The Union of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meurnier proves to be masterful and well-conducted. From this union is born the Rosé Chartogne-Taillet, a Champagne with a fresh and pleasant personality, fragrant, intense and refined, with a warm, exciting ending. Colour pale orange-pink; Scent of aromas of strawberry fruit and creamy, with spicy notes; Taste is fresh, mineral and creamy with a final spicy.
