Assembly: 30% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Meunier, collected in plots owned by Cramant (Grand Cru), Cuis, Bergères Les Vertus (Premier Cru) and Fossoy, all of the vintage 2012 by adding a percentage of 15% of reserve wines from previous harvests. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel. The wine is made with the use of malolactic fermentation. Minimum 24 months stay on yeasts and at least 3 months of rest after disgorgement. Liqueur dosage: 9 g/l.
