Lanson selected from the Grand Cru Chardonnay and Pinot Black the most expressive wine to develop its vintage. The Gold Label 2008 has the typical characteristics and qualities that will delight fans of the House. To the eye, the dress is light gold, fine bubbles feeding a string of pearls. On the nose, aromas of candied fruit, grape jam, honey, acacia flowers and lime form an intense bouquet. On the palate, the attack is dense, opening on rich and complex flavors reminiscent of winter pear, quince, with some accents alcohol fig. Very balanced and lingering finish is delightfully invigorating and refreshing. Lanson Gold Label 2008 is ideal to accompany a particular meal of creamed fish, white meat, small game or brie refined.
