Why is Neisson considered among the best agricultural rum? A small distillery at the entrance of a fishing village, the only property of a woman, is now reputed to be the best distillery in Martinique and the famous rectangular bottle ' Zpolkar ' has a much higher demand than the offer. Neisson uses sugar cane varieties grown in the plantation of low yield but extremely perfumed properties. The slow fermentation, 72 hours, the longest of all the Antilles, develops a unique aromatic complexity. The distillation is carried out in the mythical Savalle copper column of 1938 to 73: a low alcoholic distillation in the spirit of producing a large structure rum.
