Classification: Wine of overripe grapes. Origin: Sisini Estates. Soil: Clayey-siliceous, tending to looseness, alternating layers of lithosols and sandstone. Grape varieties climate: Mediterranean, mild winters, limited rainfall, very hot and windy summers. Harvesting by hand, after full ripening of the grapes on the vine. Vinification tecnique: soft pressing, slow fermentation at controlled temperature 22-25 °C in steel vast and subsequent development in barriques. Tasting notes: colour: intense straw yellow. Nose: Very intense primary aromas, distinctly Mediterranean. Terpenic characters typical of Nasco. Palate: Round, semisweet or almost sweet, fat, rich flavour recalling the primary aroma. Storage: constant temperature 18 °C, humidity 75%, controlled light, horizontal bottle. Serving in small, tulip-shaped goblet with slightly flared rim, serving temperature 12 °C.

His two sons, Franco and Giuseppe, inherit from him this passion and in turn share it and pass it, before their wives and then to their children. Today the winery works already the third generation of Argiolas: that of Antonio's nephews. It is basically simple: harvest after harvest, from parents to children, the tradition has been handed down.
