Zibibbo grapes grown on the island of Pantelleria is a highly sugary grape that, after partial fermentation is added to wine distillate. Rest for at least 10 months in small oak casks. The refining in bottle it embellishes the bouquet. Fine wine from the end of the meal (serving temperature 12°-14° C) is ideal with pastries, chocolate cakes, ice cream and Jam Tarts (in this case serve at 8°-10° C).
