One of the world’s only vodkas created entirely from grapes. The name is derived from the combination of two French words, “Cime” meaning peak or summit-top and "roche" meaning rock. True to its roots, Mauzac Blanc grapes stem from the high-altitude vineyards in Gaillac, overlooked by the stony village walls of Cordes-sur-Ciel.  Historically, vodka has been made from natural and local sources of fermentable sugars and starches. CÎROC is innovative in its use of cold maceration, fermentation and storage processes. Until now, only the top fine wine producers implemented these practices. CÎROC Ultra-Premium is one of the world’s only vodkas made entirely from grapes. CÎROC  is made from top quality "Snap Frost" grapes; Mauzac Blanc grapes grown in Gaillac, one of the oldest and highest vineyard areas in France. The CÎROC fermentation process lasts for two weeks to ensure the best possible flavor. While all vodka is distilled, CÎROC is distilled five times. The Mauzac Blanc ‘heart’ is distilled four times before being blended with the Ugni Blanc grape spirit from Cognac, which is also then distilled four times. The fifth and final distillation takes place in a beautiful, family owned distillery deep in the Cognac countryside. It is here that CÎROC is truly created - in a traditional, custom-made, Armagnac style copper pot, just like they’ve done from the beginning. The pot distillation lends CÎROC its amazingly smooth texture.

Ciroc Distilleria

Ciroc Distilleria The CÎROC Ultra-Premium Vodka distillation process ensures the best possible flavor. While all Vodka is distilled, CÎROC Ultra-Premium Vodka is distilled five times. Fine French grapes are specially selected for harvest and made into a wine. The wine is distilled four times in column stills. In the fifth distillation, CÎROC Ultra-Premium Vodka is truly created in a traditional, tailor-made copper pot still at the historic Distillerie de Chevanceaux in the South of France.
